INDEPENDENT BROAD-BASED ANTI-CORRUPTION COMMISSION ACT 2011 - SECT 179

A person who is not an IBAC Officer must not, in any way, hold himself or herself out to be an IBAC Officer.

Penalty:     120 penalty units or imprisonment for 12 months or both.
