Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) The Chief Municipal Inspector, in connection with performing functions under this Act, may provide advice in relation to a Council to any Minister responsible for administering a provision of this Act.
(2) A Minister who receives advice in relation to a Council under subsection (1) may have regard to that advice in administering a provision of this Act or any other Act in relation to that Council.
