LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 2020 - SECT 204

Manner of inquiry of Commission of Inquiry

A Commission of Inquiry may conduct its inquiry in any manner that it considers appropriate, subject to—

        (a)     the instrument of appointment; and

        (b)     the requirements of procedural fairness; and

        (c)     this Act and any regulations under this Act.
