Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) The person in charge of a voting centre or a person authorised by the person in charge to act on that person's behalf under this section may request a person reasonably suspected by the person in charge of contravening section 291—
(a) to produce for inspection any how-to-vote cards in the person's possession; and
(b) to hand over all how-to-vote cards other than registered how-to-vote cards.
(2) A person must not fail to comply with a request under subsection (1).
Penalty: 10 penalty units.
