Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) The Minister may issue good practice guidelines for or with respect to any matter under this Act or the regulations relating to compliance by Councils.
(2) Good practice guidelines must be published on an Internet site maintained by the Department.
(3) Compliance by a Council with a relevant good
practice guideline can be used as evidence that the Council has complied
with the corresponding requirement under this Act or the regulations.
