LEGAL PROFESSION UNIFORM LAW APPLICATION ACT 2014 - SECT 105

Payment of members

    (1)     A member of the Liability Committee is entitled to receive the fees that are fixed from time to time by the Victorian Legal Services Board unless the member is—

        (a)     a member of the Victorian Legal Services Board; or

        (b)     an employee of the public service within the meaning of the Public Administration Act 2004 .

    (2)     Each member of the Liability Committee is entitled to receive the allowances that are fixed from time to time by the Victorian Legal Services Board.
