Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) The chairperson of the Liability Committee, or in his or her absence a member elected by the members present, must preside at a meeting of the Committee.
(2) The quorum of the Liability Committee is a majority of the members for the time being.
(3) A question arising at a meeting is determined by a majority of votes.
(4) The person presiding at a meeting has a deliberative vote and, in the case of an equality of votes, a second or casting vote.
(5) The Liability Committee must ensure that accurate minutes are kept of its meetings.
(6) Subject to this Part, the Liability Committee may regulate its own procedure.
