Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) The Victorian Legal Services Board must maintain a fund called the fidelity fund.
(2) Subject to this Division, the amount in the fidelity fund must be—
(a) kept separate from any other money held by the Victorian Legal Services Board; and
(b) held in trust for the purposes set out in this Division and Part 4.5 of the Legal Profession Uniform Law (Victoria).
(3) The Victorian Legal Services Board may invest any money in the fidelity fund that is not immediately required for the purposes of that fund in the manner in which money may be invested under the Trustee Act 1958 .
