Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) The Governor in Council may from time to time, by Order made on the recommendation of the Attorney-General, fix a solvency level for the fidelity fund.
(2) An order made under subsection (1) must be published in the Government Gazette.
(3) The Attorney-General may only make a recommendation under subsection (1) at any time if he or she has had regard to the advice of an actuary engaged by the Attorney-General to advise him or her on the appropriate provision to be made at that time for the solvency level of the fidelity fund.
