LEGAL PROFESSION UNIFORM LAW APPLICATION ACT 2014 - SECT 128

    (1)     An approved clerk or a community legal service must pay an annual contribution to the fidelity fund.

    (2)     The amount of a contribution—

        (a)     is to be set by the Victorian Legal Services Board; and

        (b)     is payable into the fidelity fund by a date and in a way determined by the Victorian Legal Services Board.

    (3)     The Victorian Legal Services Board may provide for different contributions to be payable by different classes of approved clerks or community legal services.

    (4)     The Victorian Legal Services Board may determine that this section does not apply to an approved clerk or a community legal service, or a class of approved clerks or community legal services.
