LEGAL PROFESSION UNIFORM LAW APPLICATION ACT 2014 - SECT 130

Victorian Legal Services Board may recover contribution or levy

The amount of a contribution or levy that is not paid by an approved clerk or a community legal service in accordance with this Division is recoverable in the Magistrates' Court from the approved clerk or community legal service by the Victorian Legal Services Board as a debt.
