Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current ActsSection 35 of the Legal Profession Uniform Law (Victoria) applies in relation to a contravention by a law practice of a provision of this Act imposing an obligation on the law practice in the same way as it applies in relation to a contravention by a law practice of a provision of the Legal Profession Uniform Law (Victoria) imposing an obligation on the law practice.
