Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) The person who was the Legal Services Commissioner under the old Act immediately before the commencement day becomes the Victorian Legal Services Commissioner on that day as if he or she had been appointed under section 51 of this Act.
(2) That person holds office on the same terms and conditions of appointment and for the balance of his or her term under the old Act, and is eligible for reappointment.
