Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) A practitioner remuneration order made under section 3.4.22 of the old Act that was in force immediately before the commencement day continues in force on and after that day as if it were a practitioner remuneration order made under section 94 of this Act.
(2) A person who was a member of the Legal Costs Committee under the old Act immediately before the commencement day continues to be a member of the Legal Costs Committee under this Act on and after that day.
