Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current ActsAn approval of terms and conditions of professional indemnity insurance given by the Legal Services Board under section 3.5.3, 3.5.4 or 3.5.4A of the old Act that was in force immediately before the commencement day is taken, on and after that day, to be an approval of the terms and conditions by the Victorian Legal Services Board for the purposes of section 13(2) of this Act.
