Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) The Victorian Legal Services Board may from time to time set performance targets to be met by persons to whom functions are delegated by the Victorian Legal Services Board under this Act or the Legal Profession Uniform Law (Victoria).
(2) The Victorian Legal Services Board must monitor each delegate's performance of functions delegated to the delegate by the Victorian Legal Services Board under this Act or the Legal Profession Uniform Law (Victoria).
