Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) In addition to the report of operations under the Financial Management Act 1994 , the Victorian Commissioner may make any reports to the Attorney-General that the Victorian Commissioner thinks necessary or desirable on any matter relevant to the performance of the Victorian Commissioner's functions (other than the Victorian Commissioner's functions as chief executive officer of the Victorian Legal Services Board or a function of that Board delegated to the Victorian Commissioner).
(2) The Victorian Commissioner must specify in a report under subsection (1) whether he or she requires the report to be laid before Parliament.
(3) If the Victorian Commissioner specifies a requirement under subsection (2) that a report be laid before Parliament, the Attorney-General must cause a copy of the report to be laid before each House of Parliament within 7 sitting days after the Attorney-General receives the report.
