(1) The Legal Costs Committee must give a copy of each practitioner remuneration order to the Attorney-General, the Victorian Legal Services Board and each local professional association no later than 7 days after it is made.
(2) Each local professional association must publish the contents of a practitioner remuneration order in its next available official publication after it receives a copy of the order.
(3) A person may inspect without charge a copy of a practitioner remuneration order during ordinary office hours at the office of the Victorian Legal Services Board, or purchase a copy from the Victorian Legal Services Board.
