(a) a person may appeal from a decision made by the Costs Court as the costs assessor (within the meaning of the Legal Profession Uniform Law (Victoria)); and
(b) an appeal under paragraph (a) must be in accordance with the Supreme Court Act 1986 and the Rules of the Supreme Court.
