NATIONAL ELECTRICITY (VICTORIA) ACT 2005 - SECT 16V

    (1)     The Governor in Council may make regulations prescribing the amount of electricity for the purposes of the definition of small customer set out in item 34.1 of Schedule 4.

    (2)     Regulations made under this section may—

        (a)     be of general or limited application;

        (b)     differ according to differences in time, place or circumstance.
