OWNERS CORPORATIONS ACT 2006 - SECT 185A

Professional indemnity insurance

    (1)     A registered manager must, at all times, be covered by professional indemnity insurance in accordance with section 119(5).

    (2)     A registered manager must notify the Business Licensing Authority if the registered manager ceases to be covered by professional indemnity insurance.
