Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) Subject to subsection (2), an owners corporation may recover any money owed to the owners corporation in any court of competent jurisdiction as a debt due to the owners corporation.
(2) Sections 31 and 32 and Division 1 of Part 11 apply to the recovery of money owed to the owners corporation by a lot owner.
