Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) The Minister may, in writing, delegate to any person all or any of his or her functions or powers under this Act or the regulations (other than this power of delegation).
(2) In the performance of a delegated function or exercise of a delegated power the delegate is subject to the Minister's directions.
