PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION ACT 2014 - SECT 110

Public sector body Heads to provide assistance

The Information Commissioner may request a public sector body Head to provide any assistance that the Information Commissioner reasonably considers appropriate to perform the Information Commissioner's functions under this Act relating to protective data security and law enforcement data security.
