Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current ActsIf a person is required to give, serve, lodge or make available a copy of a planning scheme or an amendment to a planning scheme, it is sufficient if the person gives, serves, lodges or makes available a document which reproduces in substance the provisions of the scheme or amendment if—
(a) the document contains all the information contained in the scheme or amendment; and

(b) the form of the document is certified by the Secretary to the Department or, if the Minister directs, by the planning authority.
