Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) A panel must conduct its hearings in public unless any person making a submission objects to making the submission in public and the panel is satisfied that the submission is of a confidential nature.
(2) A panel may by order exclude from its proceedings a person who does an act referred to in section 169.
