PLANNING AND ENVIRONMENT ACT 1987 - SECT 162

Who may appear before a panel?

A person who has a right to be heard by a panel or who is called by a panel may—

S. 162(a) substituted by No. 12/2021 s. 51.

        (a)     be self-represented; or

        (b)     be represented by any other person.
