Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) The planning authority or responsible authority may agree with a prospective member of a committee under this Division to pay reasonable fees and allowances in respect of that person's services on the committee.
(2) Subsection (1) does not apply—
(a) to a person who is an officer or full-time member of the planning authority or responsible authority; or
(b) if the responsible authority is a municipal council, to a councillor of that municipal council.
