Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) The planning authority must consider every submission that is made to it under section 46GQ if the submission has been made by the closing date for submissions included in the notice under section 46GO.
(2) The planning authority may consider a late submission and must consider one if directed to do so by the Minister.
