Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) If a person pays the levy and the Commissioner is satisfied that the whole of the amount of the levy has been paid in respect of the estimated cost of the development, the Commissioner must issue a certificate to that person.
(2) A levy certificate must include the following information—
(a) the estimated cost of the development;
(b) the amount of the levy paid;
(c) a statement that the whole of the amount of the levy has been paid in respect of the estimated cost of the development;
(d) the date on which the certificate was issued;
(e) the date on which the certificate will expire;
(f) the name and address of the person who paid the levy;
(g) any other information the Commissioner considers appropriate.
(3) Subject to section 96U(3), a levy certificate expires 90 days after the day on which it is issued.
