PROJECT DEVELOPMENT AND CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT ACT 1994 - SECT 9

The Premier must cause—

        (a)     a copy of each nomination order, together with a statement signed by the Premier of reasons for the making of the order; and

S. 9(b) amended by No. 16/2003 s. 24(1).

        (b)     a copy of each application order; and

S. 9(c) inserted by No. 16/2003 s. 24(2).

        (c)     a copy of each order made under section 8A—

to be laid before each House of Parliament within 14 sitting days after the order is made.
