PUBLIC HEALTH AND WELLBEING ACT 2008 - SECT 165CC

A person commits an offence if—

        (a)     the person uses or discloses contact tracing information; and

        (b)     the use or disclosure is not authorised under section 165CD.

Penalty:     In the case of a natural person, 60 penalty units;

    In the case of a body corporate, 300 penalty units.
