PUBLIC HEALTH AND WELLBEING ACT 2008 - SECT 262

An amount not paid by a person under section 261—

        (a)     is a debt due to the State; and

        (b)     may be recovered by COVID-19 Quarantine Victoria, for and on behalf of the State, in a court of competent jurisdiction.
