PUBLIC HEALTH AND WELLBEING ACT 2008 - SECT 80

        The owner of any land on which there is a cooling tower system must ensure that the cooling tower system is registered with the Secretary at all times that the cooling tower system is in operation.

Penalty:     In the case of a natural person, 120 penalty units;

In the case of a body corporate, 600 penalty units.
