PROPERTY LAW ACT 1958 - SECT 126

Rule against perpetuities not to apply to powers etc. under section 125

The rule of law relating to perpetuities does not apply to any powers or remedies conferred by the last preceding section, nor to the same or like powers or remedies conferred by any instrument for recovering or compelling the payment of any annual sum within the meaning of the said section.
