PROPERTY LAW ACT 1958 - SECT 136

Division to apply to leases under Transfer of Land Act 1958

The provisions of this Division shall apply to leases and sub-leases of land under the Transfer of Land Act 1958 notwithstanding anything in that Act contained, and for the purposes of this Division "lease" includes so far as circumstances will admit any instrument of letting whether under seal or not [31] .
