PREVENTION OF CRUELTY TO ANIMALS ACT 1986 - SECT 32M

    (1)     The holder of a licence issued under this Part may apply to the Department Head for—

        (a)     variation of the licence; or

        (b)     variation of a condition of the licence.

    (2)     An application under subsection (1)—

        (a)     must include the prescribed particulars; and

        (b)     must be accompanied by the prescribed fee.

    (3)     An applicant under subsection (1) must give to the Department Head any further information relating to the application that the Department Head requests.
