Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) In addition to a retail premises lease to which this Part applies because of Part 3, this Part also applies to a retail premises lease that was entered into or renewed before the commencement of this section if this Act would have applied to the lease had it been entered into or renewed after that commencement.
(2) This Part does not apply to conduct that occurred before the commencement of this section.
