Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current ActsThe rights of the public whether under this Act or at common law in relation to a public highway can only be extinguished if the public highway is discontinued as a road in accordance with section 12 or discontinued as a road or permanently closed as a road under a power to discontinue or permanently close a road conferred by or under any other Act.
