ROAD MANAGEMENT ACT 2004 - SECT 45A

S. 45A(1) amended by No. 49/2019 s. 183(Sch.  3 item 20).

    (1)     Without limiting any other powers or duties of the Head, Transport for Victoria under this Act, the powers and duties of the Head, Transport for Victoria include the specific powers and duties set out in Schedule 5A.

    (2)     Schedule 5A has effect.
