Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current ActsThe amendments made to section 25 of this Act by section 7 of the Road Legislation Further Amendment Act 2007 apply to a demerit point option notice served on a person after the commencement of that section 7, whether the demerit points to which the notice relates were incurred before or after that commencement.
