ROAD SAFETY ACT 1986 - SECT 105F

Secretary may appoint Corporation officers as authorised officers and persons who may commence and conduct proceedings

    (1)     Despite anything to the contrary in this Act, the Secretary may authorise, in writing, an officer or employee of the Corporation to commence and conduct proceedings either generally or in a particular case.

    (2)     Despite anything to the contrary in this Act, the Secretary may under or for the purposes of a prescribed provision authorise, in writing, an officer or employee of the Corporation as an authorised officer under or for the purposes of that prescribed provision.
