ROAD SAFETY ACT 1986 - SECT 28B

Disqualified person must not apply for licence or permit

    (1)     A person who is disqualified from obtaining a driver licence or learner permit under this Act, the regulations, the  Sentencing Act 1991 , the Infringements Act 2006 or any law of another State, a Territory or another country must not apply for or obtain a driver licence or learner permit.

Penalty:     10 penalty units.

    (2)     A driver licence or learner permit so obtained is of no effect.
