ROAD SAFETY ACT 1986 - SECT 58KB

        On the transfer of an approval under section 58KA—

        (a)     the person to whom the approval is transferred ( new provider ) is substituted for the previous approved provider ( old provider ) as a party to any arrangement or contract—

              (i)     that the old provider was a party to; and

              (ii)     that relates to the provision of behaviour change programs; and

              (iii)     that was in force immediately before the transfer; and

        (b)     a reference to the old provider in any document relating to the provision of behaviour change programs by the old provider is taken to be a reference to the new provider—

              (i)     so far as it relates to any period on or after the transfer of the approval; and

              (ii)     if not inconsistent with the content or subject matter; and

        (c)     the conditions applying to the approval continue to apply to the approval.
