ROAD SAFETY ACT 1986 - SECT 73A

Offence to obstruct etc. person operating road safety camera or speed detector

A person must not obstruct, hinder, threaten, abuse or intimidate a person who is operating a road safety camera or a speed detector.

Penalty:     60 penalty units.
