Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) A person may enter into an agreement with a municipal council under which the person may operate a vehicle sharing scheme within the municipal district of that council.
(2) An agreement under this section must make provision for or with respect to—
(a) the relevant vehicles, or classes of relevant vehicle, that are to be made available for hire under the scheme; and
(b) the prescribed matters (if any).
Examples
Prescribed matters may include the period of the scheme, how the agreement may be terminated, minimum service standards and insurance requirements.
