ROAD SAFETY ACT 1986 - SECT 94

Subject to this Act, if it is provided by or under this Act that the Chief Commissioner of Police or the Secretary may approve of any type or kind of equipment—

        (a)     the approval must be given by notice published in the Government Gazette; and

        (b)     any withdrawal of approval must be made by notice published in the Government Gazette.
