Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) Subject to subsection (2), a resident must give the rooming house operator at least 2 days notice of intention to vacate the room occupied by the resident.
(2) A resident who has entered into a fixed term rooming house agreement must give the rooming house operator at least 14 days notice of intention to vacate the room occupied by the resident.
