RESIDENTIAL TENANCIES ACT 1997 - SECT 203

A notice requiring entry must—

        (a)     be in writing; and

        (b)     state why the caravan park owner, caravan owner or the owner's agent wishes to enter; and

        (c)     be given—

              (i)     by post; or

              (ii)     by delivering it personally to the resident between the hours of 8 a.m. and 6 p.m.
