Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) A caravan park owner may give a resident a notice to vacate a site if the resident or the resident's visitor seriously interrupts the quiet and peaceful enjoyment of the caravan park by other occupiers.
(2) The notice may require the resident to vacate the site immediately.
